Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Officer to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring finished goods are dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining proper documentation and coordination with customers, transporters, warehouse, production, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading, and timely delivery.
- Verify quantity, product, packaging, batch/lot details, and customer requirements before dispatch.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Maintain dispatch records in ERP/SAP and ensure system entries are updated accurately.
- Monitor vehicle loading and ensure proper loading practices to avoid product damage.




- Track dispatched shipments and coordinate with transporters for delivery status.
- Handle customer dispatch requirements and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation for FG stock movement and dispatch reconciliation.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and logistics policies.

Required Skills
- Experience in Plastic Packaging / Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dispatch, Logistics & Warehouse Operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP.
- Knowledge of E-way Bill, GST documentation and invoicing.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and transporter coordination efficiently.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
