Role Purpose To provide strategic and operational leadership for VIDYA’s North operations, driving programme excellence, growth, financial discipline and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead VIDYA’s programmes and operations across Delhi/NCR.
- Ensure quality programme delivery, academic excellence and measurable outcomes.
- Drive growth, expansion and new strategic opportunities.
- Oversee project planning, budgets, utilisation, reporting and compliance.
- Build robust relationships with CSR partners, donors, government and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Partnerships and other teams for effective execution.
- Lead, mentor and strengthen programme teams.
- Monitor performance, risks, impact and key deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operations, programmes, budgets, partnerships and growth.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
