Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role oversees end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution to ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. The Director of Operations will manage daily production planning, inventory control, vendor relationships, and logistics, optimizing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting operational KPIs, monitoring performance,



and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, customer service excellence, and aligning operations with brand and growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including production planning, process optimization, and supply chain coordination.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and problem-solving.
- Proven team management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Solid budgeting and cost-control skills to manage operational expenses and support sustainable growth.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to design and maintain processes that support product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in FMCG, personal care, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
