Role Description The Director of Operations at HPIPL is a full time leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across manufacturing, installation, service, and support functions. This hybrid position is based in Noida, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

The role requires leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, coordinating with sales, engineering,



and customer service to improve efficiency and client satisfaction, and establishing metrics and reporting to track performance. The Director of Operations will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, support sustainability and safety practices, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to long-term capacity planning and scalability as HPIPL grows its footprint in India and globally.

Qualifications

- Solid Operations Management and process optimization skills, with experience in end-to-end oversight of production, installation, and service functions.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and the ability to interpret operational metrics.
- Proven Team Management and leadership capabilities, with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
- Competence in Budgeting and resource allocation, including cost control, forecasting, and financial planning for operations.
- Customer Service orientation, with a track record of improving client experience, managing escalations, and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors; knowledge of parking systems or urban mobility solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, ISO standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
