Role Description The Director Global Talent – Campus Placements (Edtech – 30 LPA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees the end-to-end campus placements strategy, building and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, and training institutes across regions.

The Director leads employer partnerships, identifies hiring needs, and designs placement programs that align with organizational goals and market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing campus recruitment campaigns, coordinating placement drives, mentoring a placement operations team, and tracking performance against placement targets. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing,



and academic teams to integrate placement insights into Edtech offerings, ensuring learners are prepared for global career opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement management, preferably within Edtech or education services.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic talent and campus engagement initiatives, including employer partnerships and placement programs.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, relationship-building with academic institutions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with comfort representing the organization at campuses and industry events.
- Data-driven approach to tracking placement metrics, analyzing trends, and using insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, managing complex projects, and working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with global hiring practices, emerging skills in the digital economy, and the needs of early-career talent.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field; additional certifications in HR or talent management are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for campus visits and recruitment events as required.
