Adaan Digital is looking for an entrepreneurial Director – GCC Partnerships to build and grow our GCC business.

This is a pure enterprise hunting role for someone with strong GCC relationships and proven experience closing complex enterprise deals.

? Key Responsibilities

? Build and execute GCC go-to-market strategy

? Identify and engage high-potential GCCs

? Build relationships with Procurement, VMO, Operations, Digital Transformation & AI leaders

? Generate and qualify enterprise opportunities

? Lead client discovery, presentations and negotiations

? Drive 5–10 member pilot delivery pods and convert them into long-term managed services

? Lead MSA, NDA and SOW discussions

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 8–15 years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience





✅ Proven experience selling managed services, outsourcing, digital operations, AI data services or BPO

✅ Demonstrated success selling into GCCs

✅ Existing relationships with GCC decision-makers

✅ Strong enterprise sales and negotiation skills

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership

⭐ Strong preference for candidates who can demonstrate:

? Existing GCC network across Procurement, VMO or Operations

? Track record of winning ₹2–10 crore enterprise contracts

? Experience managing deals from introduction to MSA/SOW closure

? Strong AI literacy and ability to position AI-enabled managed services
