Roles & Responsibilities:

- Setting up accounting and finance function of recent clients • Monitor/ Review the end-to-end accounting function • Knowledge of IGAAP and IND AS • Team planning, development and training of team members • Manage client relationships • Resolve client escalations and issues in a timely manner and spot root cause • Ensure completeness and timeliness of Month-end closures and all compliances • Review MIS and Other management reports including finalization of books of accounts • Act as a first point of contact for any client/ team escalations or conflicts • Manage various compliances applicable to companies in liaison with subject matter experts • Liaison with auditors and expert teams • Assist in Recruitment of team members • Identifying automation areas and suggesting improvements for bringing in efficiencies on large engagements.
- Business development, identifying new opportunities and actively participating in proposal creation and negotiations • Liasoning with legal teams, compliance, independence teams for ensuring completion of risk formalities before accepting a client.
