We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and support our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Create, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to audience queries.
- Research competitors and trends to improve content strategy.

2. Content Creation

- Write clear and engaging content for:
- Social media posts

- Blogs

- Email campaigns

- Website updates

- Assist in creating marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

- Basic SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page optimization, title/meta updates.
- Support in improving website ranking and generating organic traffic.

Email & Campaign Marketing

- Assist in running email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns/Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Manage mailing lists and track performance metrics.

5. Lead Generation Support

- Work on basic digital lead-generation activities.
- Utilize digital channels for promoting Zoho product services and training.

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Zoho Marketing Tools, Google Analytics, and social media insights dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content writing).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn Zoho Marketing tools (Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation).
- Creativity and ability to work in a rapid-paced IT/Software environment.
