Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to support Wisecap’s brand and client projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting on key metrics. The role involves collaborating closely with designers and brand strategists to align digital initiatives with overall creative direction, conducting market and audience research, and identifying opportunities for engagement and growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring regular presence at the studio for collaboration and client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and platform-specific strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including tracking, interpreting, and reporting on digital performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant additional qualifications include experience with marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising on major platforms.
- A background in marketing, communications, or a related field, and prior experience in a digital or creative agency environment, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced, design-focused setting.
