Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist – All Rounder with graphics and video editing, based in Bengaluru East. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to promote EarlyVentions’ brand and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing social media content, designing graphics for online and offline use, producing and editing short videos, and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and enrollment.

The specialist will also monitor analytics, report on performance, coordinate with center teams for content inputs, and maintain consistent brand messaging.



Collaboration with management to refine marketing strategies and support events, promotions, and parent communication will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media management, campaign planning, and digital marketing strategy
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) for creating marketing creatives
- Experience in video creation and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools)
- Ability to manage website content and basic SEO/SEM practices for improved online visibility
- Comfort with analytics and reporting using tools such as Meta/Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language skills are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Prior experience in education, preschool, childcare, or service-oriented sectors is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to work in office in Bengaluru East and collaborate closely with center teams and leadership
