About the Role

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow the online presence of our aesthetic clinic and aesthetic training institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for NIA & NIIA.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Business Profile.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate Reels, videos, creatives, testimonials and educational content.
- Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads for leads and patient/student admissions.
- Generate and manage leads through digital campaigns.
- Track reach, engagement, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors,



doctors and the sales/front-desk team.
- Monitor competitors and identify new marketing trends.
- Improve local SEO and Google visibility.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness or education will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram & SEO.
- Good understanding of content marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.

Pay: ₹14,545.76 - ₹59,193.97 per month
