About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence and generate measurable sales opportunities from both business clients and individual consumers.

The role will involve developing and executing digital marketing and social media strategies to generate leads for our B2B services as well as B2C products, including telecom and other related products.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify target audiences, create effective campaigns, generate leads, engage prospects, and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

This is a results-oriented lead generation and customer acquisition role, rather than a conventional social media posting position.

Required Skills & Experience





- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation or Digital Sales.
- Proven ability to generate actual sales leads, preferably for both B2B and B2C businesses.
- Solid knowledge of Meta/Facebook and Instagram marketing.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B prospecting.
- Experience with Google Ads is preferred.
- Experience with lead-generation campaigns and funnels.
- Good understanding of targeting, retargeting and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.

Experience:
- Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
