Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive customer engagement for Core Kind Wellness. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata includes managing social media channels, overseeing paid and organic campaigns, and coordinating content creation aligned with brand guidelines.

The role involves designing and implementing lead generation strategies, tracking campaign performance through web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external agencies or vendors as needed,



and stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices in the wellness industry.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience developing and executing integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and performance tracking.
- Experience in Lead Generation, with the ability to design and optimize funnels to acquire and nurture prospects.
- Knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns for consumer brands, ideally in wellness, health, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Kolkata.
- Ability to analyze trends, test new approaches, and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
