About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of D2C brands spanning fashion, jewellery, wellness, and food. You'll work closely with our founders, media buyers, and creative team to implement campaigns, track performance, and ensure smooth coordination between strategy and execution.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll be assisting with ad account setup, monitoring campaign performance, compiling reports, and coordinating with the creative team to ensure content and creatives are aligned with client goals and delivered on time.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar), with willingness to build hands-on expertise




- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deliverables simultaneously
- Good communication skills to coordinate between internal teams (media buyers, creative, design) and relay requirements accurately
- Comfort working with data pulling reports, tracking KPIs, and flagging performance trends
- Completed or pursuing a digital marketing course (Google, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent) preferred
- Basic content sensibility — an eye for what makes creative work for D2C audiences
- 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field is a plus; freshers with solid fundamentals are welcome to apply
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow quickly in a fast-paced agency environment
