Key Responsibilities

· Assist in digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

· Support brand-building and marketing campaigns.

· Create digital artwork, social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, and marketing materials.

· Manage and support social media posts, content, engagement, and promotions.

· Assist in lead generation through social media and digital channels.

· Identify, collect, and maintain potential customer leads.

· Support customer lead follow-up and lead management.

· Update and maintain customer/lead details in PMS / Lead Management System.

· Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for lead conversion and follow-up.

· Assist in email, WhatsApp, and other digital marketing activities.

· Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

· Support marketing events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and other brand-building initiatives.





· Prepare basic marketing reports and campaign performance updates.

· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate / pursuing Marketing, BBA, MBA, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.

· Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing.

· Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / CorelDRAW will be an advantage.

· Creative mindset with an interest in design, content, branding, and social media.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

· Positive organisational and analytical skills.
