Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels, aligned with HRA Groups’ brand and services.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting web analytics and reporting to optimize reach and engagement. The intern will help manage social media accounts,



engage with online communities, and contribute ideas for content and promotional activities. Collaboration with marketing, training, and development teams is expected to ensure cohesive messaging and support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with core Digital Marketing and Online Marketing activities, including campaign execution and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new digital tools and trends.
- Exposure to content creation, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, basic Photoshop), or video editing is an added advantage.
