We're looking for a Social Media Intern who wants to tell that story to the world.

What You'll Do

This isn't a "schedule-and-forget" internship. You'll own CherYsh's voice across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube — creating content worth stopping the scroll for, straight from the heart of our work across 94 villages in Karnataka.

Content Creation

- Write captions, stories, and short-form content in CherYsh's voice — human, direct, community-first
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across all platforms
- Turn field reports, quotes, and programme updates into scroll-stopping stories

Graphic Design

- Design posts, stories, campaign visuals, and event graphics using Canva or Adobe tools
- Keep brand identity consistent — colours, fonts, tone, and feel
- Create infographics, quote cards, and impact visuals that make numbers feel human

Video & Reels





- Edit short-form video and reels from field footage and photos
- Pitch and develop creative concepts for monthly campaigns

Analytics & Growth

- Track engagement and reach across platforms
- Share monthly insights and recommend what to try next

Who You Are A strong writer who can capture emotion and impact in a few lines Skilled in Canva/Photoshop — you can build a beautiful post from scratch in under an hour

Comfortable with Reels, CapCut, or similar editing tools A visual storyteller — you think in images, not just words

Genuinely drawn to social impact, education, or community development A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to post next
