The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Generate quality leads through paid digital marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and ROI. Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.

Prepare regular performance reports and analyze campaign data. Test different ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve campaign performance. Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team to ensure effective lead conversion.





Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.

Required

SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager . Strong experience in Google Ads . Proven experience in Lead Generation . Knowledge of campaign optimization and performance tracking. Analytical and data-driven approach. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to meet lead-generation targets.
