Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote Healthy Owl Wellness services and enhance brand visibility. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune City involves managing social media channels, developing engaging web content, and coordinating online promotions aligned with the company’s wellness offerings.

The role includes monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and social media analytics,



and preparing reports to guide data-driven marketing decisions.

Executive will collaborate with wellness and operations teams to translate service offerings into explicit, compelling digital messages and ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to plan and execute effective digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Communication to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with major social media platforms, basic SEO principles, and email marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects.
