Digital Marketing & Creative Designer

Job Responsibilities

- Design creative posts, banners, brochures, advertisements and promotional materials.
- Create and edit Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn reels, videos and short promotional content.
- Design and update the company website, landing pages and other digital platforms.
- Manage company social media pages and regularly publish content.
- Develop creative content for company branding, products, recruitment and marketing campaigns.
- Handle basic SEO, Google Business Profile and online promotion.
- Run and manage basic Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor social media and website performance and prepare reports.
- Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Maintain consistent company branding across website, social media and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with HR, sales and management teams to create required digital content.

Required Skills

- Graphic Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva




- Video/Reels: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar
- Website: WordPress, Elementor, basic HTML/CSS
- Digital Marketing: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing
- Valuable photography/video shooting skills would be an advantage.
- Creative thinking and good visual sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Experience: 5–8 years Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design or related field.
