We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Creative Content Specialist who can manage performance marketing campaigns, create digital content, conduct Digital Marketing training, and handle graphic design, video editing, and shooting.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing

- Plan and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate leads for courses, webinars, placements, software/services, and registrations.
- Manage targeting, budgets, creatives, retargeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Track CPL, conversions, ROI/ROAS and prepare performance reports.
- Manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics & conversion tracking.

Digital Marketing Training

- Conduct practical classes for students, freshers & working professionals.
- Teach SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics & Performance Marketing.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, live projects, and practical sessions.
- Support and guide students with assignments and projects.

Graphic Design,



Video Editing & Content Creation

- Design social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, standees, advertisements & promotional creatives.
- Edit Reels, YouTube videos, webinars, promotional and corporate videos.
- Shoot photos and videos for courses, events, webinars, interviews and campaigns.
- Handle basic camera, lighting, framing and audio setup.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations and effects.

Required Skills
- Digital Marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics & Lead Generation.
- Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent.
- Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
- Positive communication, creativity and presentation skills.
- Should be comfortable with shooting, editing and end-to-end content creation.
