Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Manufacturing DELMIA Consultant with hands-on experience in DELMIA / 3DEXPERIENCE Digital Manufacturing and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The candidate will support digital manufacturing implementation, process planning, factory simulation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support DELMIA / 3DEXPERIENCE Digital Manufacturing solutions.
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
- Create and manage MBOM, BOP, and Manufacturing Process Plans.
- Define manufacturing operations, resources, tools, and digital work instructions.
- Support 3D Factory Planning, Plant Layout, and Line Design activities.
- Perform manufacturing and assembly simulations for virtual validation.
- Support ergonomics, material flow, kinematic,



and time-study simulations.
- Understand business requirements and prepare functional specifications and use cases.
- Support UAT, user training, documentation, and functional issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of DELMIA Digital Manufacturing solutions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in DELMIA / 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Good knowledge of Digital Manufacturing concepts.
- Manufacturing process and assembly knowledge.
- Experience with MBOM, BOP, and Process Planning.
- Knowledge of Digital Factory / Manufacturing Simulation.
- Understanding of PLM / CAD integration.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
