Role Description The Digital Content Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves creating, editing, and publishing digital content for social media, websites, and other online platforms to showcase artists, events, and brand initiatives. The intern will support the development and implementation of digital campaigns, assist in managing content calendars, and collaborate with the marketing and artist management teams to ensure consistent messaging.





Daily tasks include gathering content from events, drafting posts and captions, monitoring performance metrics, and suggesting ideas to enhance audience engagement. The role offers hands-on experience in the entertainment industry and the opportunity to contribute to the digital presence of a growing brand.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret digital metrics and audience behavior.
- Effective Communication skills for clear, engaging content and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to support online campaigns and brand visibility.
- Basic Project Management skills to handle content workflows, deadlines, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and trends in entertainment and digital media.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
