Role Description The Digital Campaign Intern will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns that promote APMP India’s programs, events, and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with content creation for social media, email, and web channels; schedule and publish posts; and help track engagement metrics and campaign performance.

The role includes coordinating with internal teams and volunteers to gather information, align messaging, and maintain campaign calendars.



This is an internship position based in Pune in a hybrid format, with a mix of in office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The intern will also help with basic analytics reporting, community engagement, and documentation of best practices for future campaigns.

Qualifications

- Foundation in digital marketing concepts, including social media campaigning, email outreach, and basic analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and audience-focused content.
- Comfort with digital tools such as social media management platforms, office productivity software, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a hybrid environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in pursuit management, marketing, or business development; coursework or prior internship experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-evolving digital context.
