Looking for an experienced Plant Finance & Accounts professional to lead financial operations of a large manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, costing and variance analysis.
- Manage month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, AP/AR and financial reporting.
- Drive plant MIS, cost control and financial analysis using SAP/ERP.
- Manage plant cash flow, treasury and working capital.
- Ensure statutory, accounting and internal compliance.
- Lead and mentor the plant finance team and partner with plant/business leadership.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience.
- Mandatory: Core Plant Finance & Accounts / Plant Accounting experience in manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience in costing, budgeting, MIS and financial controls.
- SAP/ERP experience mandatory.
- Solid team handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from Automotive/Tractor/Auto Components/Engineering Manufacturing preferred.
