This is a DGM PED (Production Engineering Department) prospect with Rajriya Automotive Industries Pvt. Ltd., based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

What the company is looking for The role is strongly focused on shop-floor transformation and manufacturing excellence, particularly:

- Process standardization and robust process controls
- Fixing production bottlenecks, lower downtime and solve quality issues in the shop floor.
- Improving the process and productivity by fixing the line layouts.
- Making robust process controls in the production lines.
- Taking action for rework/scrap reduction.




- Analyzing and optimizing the production processes to improve the productivity and quality.
- Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Fixing the maintenance issues permanently to avoid recurrence.
- Taking cost effective measures.
- Driving the people towards global level quality standards.
- Eliminating invalid/non-valued process from the existing to improve the productivity.
- Leading and developing production/engineering teams

Ideal candidate profile The strongest candidate would be a senior manufacturing/PED leader from the automotive or auto-ancillary sector who has hands-on experience with sheet-metal/fabrication processes, Lean/Kaizen, OEE improvement, quality problem solving, line balancing/layout optimization and shop-floor team leadership.
