Role & responsibilities The DGM/GM Finance will drive the Finance Function (including Revenue Assurance) to meet the aggressive growth plans for Sitics. The role would be focused on planning and process to streamline the companys finance operations for growth. He/ she would lead the Accounting, Finance, and Revenue assurance functions which include sub-functions such as financial reporting, planning, managing budgets, forecasts of the company, management reporting, and corporate taxation (direct and Indirect).

The rolw will also assist the CFO in strategic matters which include fundraising and M&A.;

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 8-10 years of work experience in core finance and accounts.




- Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant can also be considered if he/she has the required work experience

Work Experience
- Preferably worked in a 300-500 cr companies in a controllership role (Must have)
- Must have handled all key areas of Corporate Finance including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Direct and Indirect taxation
- At least 5 years in a leadership role in Corporate Finance in an organization with multiple locations and multiple business units
- Competence and working experience in ERP- SAP R3 or Oracle or Tally
