Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day operations and support of a large-scale Kubernetes-based platform and associated infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, availability, performance, and reliability across production environments.
- Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution of production issues.
- Manage operational tickets, service requests, and change activities while meeting defined SLAs.
- Support and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kong Gateway, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.
- Drive platform stability through proactive monitoring, alerting, performance optimization, and automation.
- Participate in on-call support and incident response activities.




- Collaborate with development, platform, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain operational documentation, incident reports, and post-mortem analyses.
- Provide transparent and timely communication to technical and business stakeholders during incidents and outages.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Operations, or Production Support.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience managing and supporting highly available PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Kafka environments.
- Proficiency with ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Helm, and GitOps practices.
- Strong monitoring and observability experience using Grafana, Prometheus, and log analysis tools.
- Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
- Experience with Vault/OpenBao, security best practices, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong incident management, ticket triaging, RCA, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and operational support models.
