Business Development Associate Intern

Slickode is looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Associate Intern to join our growing team. At Slickode, we bring technology and creativity together to help businesses build, grow, and stand out in the digital world.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the end-to-end business development process, from finding potential clients to initiating conversations, understanding their requirements, presenting our solutions, and helping convert opportunities into business.

What You'll Do

Research and identify potential clients, businesses, and market opportunities.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, online platforms, networking, and other channels.

Conduct outbound prospecting and initiate conversations with potential clients.

Understand client requirements and business challenges, and pitch tailored Slickode IT and Creative Services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business documents.

Coordinate with technical and creative teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.

Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Maintain and update leads, prospects, conversations, and opportunities in spreadsheets.

Research competitors, industries, and emerging business opportunities.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our technology and creative services.

Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the Slickode team.





Contribute ideas for improving Slickode's lead generation and business development strategy.

Report to the assigned team lead, provide daily work updates, and participate in regular performance reviews.

What We're Looking For

Advanced English proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication skills, as you'll be required to communicate directly with international clients.

Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong research and lead-generation skills.

Interest in B2B sales, business development, technology, and creative services.

Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions clearly.

Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, client calls, Google research, and online business platforms.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned opportunities.

Open to learning about technology and creative services,



with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and creative teams.
