Job Summary

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications. This role partners with business stakeholders, solution managers, architects, and other technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions that enable critical business processes.

The successful candidate will possess robust experience in Microsoft .NET technologies and Angular front-end development while contributing throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The role combines hands-on development with solution ownership and continuous improvement responsibilities. Developer is expected to manage solutions throughout their lifecycle and partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver business value.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise web applications using .NET and Angular technologies as well as development support for SAP BODS ETL related solutions.

- Create scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

- Develop REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.

- Participate in technical design reviews and solution architecture discussions.

- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to development standards.

- Support applications through their full lifecycle,



including implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and retirement.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and functional solutions.

- Identify opportunities for automation, modernization, and process simplification.

- Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and production support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and application defects.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Monitor application health and proactively address technical debt.

- Partner with business process owners, Solution Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and system specifications.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 3+ years of experience in software development and application support.
