Position: ERP Developer / ERP Specialist

Location: Nagpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: As per experience & industry standards

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain ERP software solutions

Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions

Develop and integrate ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, CRM, HR & Reporting

Customize ERP workflows according to client requirements

Integrate APIs, third-party applications, payment gateways & communication tools

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ERP applications

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Sales Teams and Clients**

Manage database design, queries, reports and system performance

Participate in ERP implementation,



testing and deployment

- Provide technical support and continuous improvements

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of ERP architecture & business processes

Experience in ERP customization/development

Good knowledge of SQL & Database Management

Experience with APIs & third-party integrations

Knowledge of Web Technologies / Backend Development

Understanding of modules like Inventory, Accounting, Sales & Purchase

Problem-solving & analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Pharmacy ERP, Hospital ERP, Retail ERP, Manufacturing ERP, CRM or SaaS products will be an added advantage.
