We are looking for a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and experience in supporting end users with day-to-day IT issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot issues related to LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS, and connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
- Handle user account and password-related issues.
- Provide basic support for Active Directory and domain environments.
- Install and configure software and applications as required.
- Perform system upgrades,



hardware replacements, and preventive maintenance.
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with other IT teams or vendors for complex technical issues.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Support
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
