We are Currently hiring for Field Desktop Support engineer .

Responsibilities:

- Handle daily technical support activities related to desktop support, Network issue and Window system.
- Load/Reload standard build operating system configurations.
- Installation troubleshooting of critical applications their usage guidelines.
- Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove virus.
- Escalate the problem to the technical specialist to Team Leads if not resolved.
- Experience in Desktop Troubleshooting with laptop-Field Support or On Call support.
- OS-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.
- Should have experience in Desktop Supportor Computer hardware Networking and Laptop.

Requirements

- Any Graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Support
- Ready to join within 10-15 days

- Ready to support 24/7
