Are you a hands-on Webflow expert who can take a website from a Figma handoff to a fully optimized, live experience?

We’re looking for a talented Webflow Specialist who can independently own end-to-end website execution and bring strong creative and technical expertise to the table.

? What You'll Do

✨ Build responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow from Figma designs

✨ Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content

✨ Integrate websites with CRM, GA4, GTM and other tools

✨ Optimize website performance, assets and technical SEO

✨ Conduct cross-browser and multi-device QA before launch

✨ Own pre-launch testing and post-launch handover documentation

✨ Communicate proactively and provide daily async progress updates

✨ Create high-quality social media creatives across digital platforms

✨ Maintain strong brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

? What We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of hands-on, production-level Webflow experience

✅ Proven experience building and launching live Webflow websites

✅ Strong understanding of responsive web design and CMS setup





✅ Experience converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds

✅ Knowledge of CRM integrations, GA4 and Google Tag Manager

✅ Solid understanding of website performance and technical SEO

✅ Experience with cross-browser and multi-device testing

✅ Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end

✅ Strong communication and proactive async collaboration skills

✅ Creative eye for digital design and social media creatives

? This is a hands-on execution role, not a learning opportunity. We’re looking for someone already fluent in Webflow and confident in independently delivering production-ready websites.
