Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support to users and ensure the smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, peripherals, software applications, and basic network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Manage user accounts through Active Directory, including password resets and access permissions.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, updates, and patch management.
- Support VPN, remote access, and basic networking-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational procedures.
- Provide remote support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar platforms.
- Assist users with video conferencing and meeting-room technology.




- Troubleshoot audio/video issues involving cameras, microphones, displays, and conferencing systems.
- Maintain proper records of issued, returned, repaired, and replaced IT assets.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP.
- Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.
- Good troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Basic knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security tools.
- Ability to maintain and track IT asset inventory.
- Knowledge of hardware allocation and stock management.
- Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
- Valuable documentation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or similar conferencing platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
- Fresh graduates with relevant IT support knowledge may also be considered.
- Candidates based in Gujarat/Vadodara will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15–30 days are preferred.
