About the Role

Razo Builders is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D / 3D Designer & Estimator to handle architectural drawings, 3D visualization and project estimation.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D drawings, creating 3D models and renders, preparing quantity estimates and supporting the project team throughout the design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit or similar software.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Create 3D interior and exterior designs as required.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and project estimates.
- Calculate quantities of materials such as concrete, steel, blocks, tiles, plaster, flooring, etc.
- Prepare material and cost estimates based on drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, site teams and clients.
- Make design and drawing modifications based on project requirements.




- Ensure drawings and estimates are accurate and completed within deadlines.
- Assist the project team with technical and estimation-related requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D designing software.
- Good understanding of building construction and materials.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying and estimation.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- AutoCAD
- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit
- Lumion / Enscape or similar rendering software
- MS Excel
- Estimation & BOQ preparation
