About the Role:

As a Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our Brand Design team and collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Curation, and Category to create compelling visual experiences for the FirstClub brand.

This is an opportunity to work in a quick-paced environment where you’ll get hands-on exposure to brand design, visual storytelling, creative concepts, campaigns, art direction, and brand applications.

Please note: This is NOT a Product Design / UI-UX role.

What You’ll Do:

- Create visual assets across brand, marketing, campaigns, social media, and internal communication
- Support the team in developing creative concepts and visual directions
- Translate brand language and creative briefs into strong visual outputs
- Work on layouts, typography, compositions, illustrations, and other design assets
- Assist in developing campaign creatives and brand communication
- Explore new visual styles, references, trends, and creative approaches




- Work closely with the team to maintain consistency in FirstClub’s visual identity
- Use AI tools to explore concepts, generate references, and accelerate creative workflows
- Take feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve the quality of your work

What We’re Looking For

- Students/recent graduates from Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines
- Strong visual sense with an eye for composition, typography, colour, imagery, and detail
- Good understanding of brand language, visual identity, and storytelling
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative/design tools
- Ability to take a brief and turn it into thoughtful, visually engaging work
- Curious mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft
