We’re looking for someone who can take a project from “we just finished this” to “everyone needs to see this.”

At That Design Studio, we design spaces, identities and experiences — and we’re looking for someone to help document, package and put all of that work out into the world.

What you’ll be doing:

→ Manage our Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance, website and other relevant platforms

→ Document our projects , from site progress and behind-the-scenes to the finished space

→ Build project stories and content around our work

→ Coordinate photography, videography and project assets

→ Prepare and submit projects for design publications and awards

→ Keep our website and project portfolio updated

→ Create and manage a content calendar across platforms

→ Write captions, project descriptions, case studies and publication submissions

→ Work closely with the design team to understand the thinking behind each project

→ Keep track of what’s happening across our projects so the right stories don’t get missed

We’re looking for someone who:

-Has a valuable eye for design and visual storytelling





-Can write well and knows how to tell a project story without making it sound like a press release

-Understands Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance and digital portfolios

-Is organised enough to manage multiple projects and deadlines

-Can take initiative - we don’t want to have to tell you every time something is worth documenting

-Has an interest in architecture, interiors, hospitality, branding or the design world

-Is comfortable coordinating with photographers, publications, consultants and our internal team

-Bonus if you have 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media, content, communications or design

Bonus points for:

Experience working with architecture / interior / design studios, familiarity with design publications, basic photography or video skills, and an unhealthy interest in saving good references.

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who can see the story, build the story and get the story out.
