- Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.

- Ensure effective & optimal utilization of recruitment systems and tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn & Naukri.com).
- Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels including social media (LinkedIn), Job Board searches, Networking, and talent pools.
- Recruitment experience in chemical / speciality chemicals is highly desirable.
