About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Quality to lead Quality Assurance activities related to Finishing, Roll Checking, Fabrication, Final Inspection, Packing and Dispatch.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that only conforming products are released to customers, maintaining compliance with customer specifications and driving continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead final inspection of finished shade net rolls before fabrication or dispatch.
- Verify GSM, width, length, shade, appearance, roll weight, dimensions, labelling and customer specifications.
- Approve product release only after quality compliance.
- Supervise finishing and roll-checking inspection activities.
- Identify and analyse product defects and maintain rejection trend reports.
- Inspect fabricated panels for dimensions, stitching, eyelets, reinforcement webbing, seams, accessories and workmanship.
- Ensure fabrication is carried out according to approved drawings, customer specifications and quality standards.
- Approve or reject fabricated panels based on inspection results.
- Verify packing methods, roll arrangement, labelling, palletisation and customer-specific packing requirements.
- Ensure dispatch quantity, roll count, panel quantity and documentation are accurate.
- Lead and supervise the finishing, roll checking and final inspection team.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, inspection plans and packing standards.




- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Knitting, Extrusion, Fabrication, Dispatch and Sales teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare inspection, rejection, dispatch clearance and CAPA reports.
- Maintain ERP records, inspection reports and product traceability.
- Submit daily quality status reports and escalate critical quality issues to management.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Quality Assurance / Product Inspection / Final Inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Finishing, Fabrication, Final Inspection, Packing and Dispatch Quality.
- Candidates with experience in product inspection/audit organisations such as TUV, SGS, Intertek, UL or similar organisations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer specifications and product compliance.
- Experience in RCA, CAPA and quality improvement.
- Experience managing quality inspection teams.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with American customers.
- Robust coordination skills with Production, Fabrication, Dispatch and other cross-functional teams.
