As an inside sales associate, you will be crucial in promoting and selling digital solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and building long lasting relationships.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Deputy Manager – Marketing to own WhiteCoats’ marketing initiatives across organic demand generation, brand building, and revenue growth. This role requires someone who understands modern AI-led GTM motions and can build scalable marketing across SEO, AEO/GEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SEO initiatives, including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, Programmatic SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Complete AI led utilization in AEO and GEO.
- Drive website optimization, CRO initiatives, and landing page experimentation to improve conversion performance.




- Build marketing dashboards and track key metrics such as website traffic, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and revenue attribution.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, ICP segmentation, and messaging refinement.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency and content production.

What We're Looking For :

- MBA in Marketing from a recognized institute.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with meaningful hands-on exposure to SEO, content, or organic growth; prior exposure to AEO/GEO or a strong interest in AI search is a big plus.
- Strong analytical ability — comfortable working with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console Manager with the ability to translate data into clear action.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization, and website content structure, with a curiosity to go deeper into how generative AI tools parse and cite web content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to brief content & design teams, write clear prompts/queries for research, and present insights to leadership.
