Role purpose

Responsible for consolidating, validating, and standardizing data across international factories and buyer programs into a single, reliable reporting layer. The role sits between factory-level MIS submissions and the FP&A; / leadership reporting cadence, ensuring that order, cost, and production data flowing in from multiple overseas factories is accurate, timely, and presented in a consistent format for decision-making.

This is a build-phase, execution-focused role: the person will help set up recurring MIS templates and reporting cadences from scratch, working closely with the FP&A; Lead/Analyst, Merchandising, and factory-level teams, in a multi-factory (CMT/FOB) international manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

MIS and data consolidation

- Collect, consolidate, and validate MIS submissions from multiple international factories (production, order status, cost, and shipment data).
- Maintain standardized MIS templates and ensure factories report on a consistent format and cadence.
- Reconcile factory-level data against central records maintained by the Virtual Manufacturing Office and flag discrepancies for follow-up.
- Build and maintain trackers for order-wise, factory-wise, and buyer-wise status across the international business.

Global and management reporting

- Prepare recurring dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly) covering order pipeline, capacity utilization, and factory performance for the FP&A; Lead and Head of Department.
- Support the FP&A; team with data inputs for budget vs. actual and variance reporting.




- Assist in preparing management presentations and business review decks with accurate, up-to-date data.
- Track key international business metrics (lead times, on-time shipment, order fulfilment) and highlight exceptions.

Coordination and follow-up

- Liaise with factory-based teams to chase pending data and close reporting gaps.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure MIS reflects the latest order and compliance status.
- Support the Logistics Extension Executive and Export & Trade Compliance Executive with shipment and documentation data as needed for reporting.

Systems and process

- Work within the ERP/costing/MIS tools to extract, clean, and organize data for reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting templates, automation of recurring reports, and reduction of manual data-chasing.
- Maintain a clean, well-documented data trail for audit and review purposes.

Candidate profile

Experience

- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience; prior exposure to MIS, reporting, or business analyst roles is a plus but not mandatory.

S****kills

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards); working knowledge of PowerPoint for reporting decks.
- Comfortable working with large, fragmented datasets from multiple sources and consolidating them accurately.
- High attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy and timeliness.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with factory teams and internal stakeholders across functions.
- Proactive follow-up skills – comfortable chasing data from multiple factories/teams to meet reporting deadlines.
