Your work profile

- Lead and supervise day-to-day RTR operations for US client
- Manage General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial close processes
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Perform and review account reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX control frameworks
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as close cycle timelines, reconciliation accuracy,



and audit observations
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A;, audit) for smooth operations
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and controls
- Mentor and guide team members, driving performance, productivity, and development
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review

Key skills required:

- Education: Semi Qualified CA / CPA /CA along with Graduation
- Industry Preference: Renewables / Finance outsourcing / BPO / KPO / Shared Services with US clients experience (added advantage)

- Experience in US GAAP
