- Ensure 100% compliance and audit readiness
- Drive contractor governance

1. Capability Building

- Build frontline capability roadmap
- Drive supervisor effectiveness programs

1. Productivity & Cost Leadership

- Reduce OT, absenteeism
- Improve workforce productivity

1. HR Governance

- Strengthen SOPs and digitization
- Ensure data integrity

1. Stakeholder Management

- Act as a business partner and support the Plant Head & the Regional Head, & People Lead Operations
- Influence on business decisions
