We are looking for an experienced Project Finance qualified (8- 13 yrs ) for a leading manufacturing company.

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project finance activities for Greenfield and Brownfield expansion projects.

- Prepare and evaluate project reports, financial models, CMA data, and all documentation required for debt funding.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for fund raising, term loans, working capital, and project financing for at least 1000 Cr + funding
- Coordinate with Credit Rating Agencies for periodic reviews and enhancement of the company's credit ratings.
- Negotiate with lenders to optimize borrowing costs, refinance existing loans, and reduce overall finance costs.
- Ensure compliance with loan covenants, documentation, disbursement conditions, and post-sanction monitoring.




- Work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and statutory professionals to ensure timely financial closure of projects.

Preferred candidate profile Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent finance qualification (MBA Finance/CFA or similar).

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in Project Finance within a manufacturing organization.
- Strong exposure to banking relationships, financial institutions, credit rating processes, and debt syndication.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
