Position Summary

We’re looking for a Deployment Engineer who loves figuring out how things work and, more importantly, how to fix them when they don’t. This is an early-career role for someone with strong technical fundamentals, high curiosity, and the willingness to learn incredibly rapid.

You’ll work alongside our Deployment Strategists to keep customer deployments running smoothly. You’ll investigate issues, debug workflows, analyze logs, identify root causes, coordinate fixes with engineering teams, and increasingly become the technical owner for customers.

You don't need years of experience. You do need high ownership, technical curiosity, and the instinct to keep digging until you understand what went wrong.

What You’ll Do

Debug & Solve

- Investigate issues across Confido’s live customer deployments.
- Read logs, trace failures, reproduce problems, and identify root causes.
- Understand how different parts of our product and integrations interact.
- Fix issues directly where possible and work closely with Engineering when deeper changes are required.
- Build a strong understanding of our product, systems, integrations, and deployment architecture.

Keep Customers Running





- Work alongside Deployment Strategists supporting US healthcare customers.
- Help ensure issues are identified and resolved quickly before they impact customer operations.
- Understand each customer's workflows, configurations, integrations, and edge cases.
- Develop the judgment to distinguish between product issues, configuration
- problems, integration failures, and customer-specific requirements.

Grow Into Client Ownership

This role is designed to grow quickly.

- Learn: Understand the product, architecture, logs, debugging process, customer workflows, and how Confido deployments work.
- Own: Become the technical point person for specific customer deployments and independently drive issues to resolution.
- Lead: Own customers alongside a Deployment Strategist in India, taking responsibility for the technical health and success of their deployment

What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, technical support, implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Solid engineering fundamentals and an understanding of APIs, databases, logs, debugging, and software systems.
- Comfortable getting hands-on technically rather than simply escalating problems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about how systems work.
- High ownership and urgency. When something breaks, your instinct is to understand why and get it fixed.
- High intent to learn, grow, and take on significantly more responsibility over time.
- Comfortable working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET to collaborate directly with our US customers and teams.

Nice To Have

You don’t need to check every box, but we’d be especially excited if you have exposure to:

- Voice AI: Experience building, testing, debugging, or working with conversational or voice AI systems.
- LLMs & AI: Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or debugging LLM-powered applications.
- Healthcare: Experience with healthcare technology, EHRs, healthcare operations, or patient-facing workflows.
