We are looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dental clinic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with patient enquiries and leads
- Explain treatments, offers and appointment details
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with patients who have not yet booked
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the clinic team for appointments

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Pleasant and convincing communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling / healthcare / dental field is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000/month Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives

Working Hours: Full time

Location: Mugalivakkam, Chennai / Pammal Chennai
