Role Overview
We’re looking for someone to drive pipeline and lead generation through paid channels.
This is a hands-on role focused on:
Linked In Ads
Google Ads (Search + Display)
Meta Ads
Robust preference for candidates with B2 B / Saa S lead generation experience (not D2 C/e-commerce)
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Linked In, Google, and Meta
Drive high-quality leads and marketing pipeline growth
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and landing pages
Track performance and share insights with marketing & sales teams
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of B2 B lead generation campaigns
Experience managing budgets and optimizing performance campaigns
Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
Experience in B2 B companies is a must
Good to Have
Experience in Saa S or product companies
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
