Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Recruitment Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in volume hiring, stakeholder management, recruitment operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and delivery targets.

- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients/accounts.

- Understand client requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Monitor recruiter productivity, pipeline, submissions, interviews, offers, and joining ratios.

- Develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies for critical and volume requirements.

- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching and performance feedback.

- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure quality of candidate submissions and maintain agreed SLA/TAT.

- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular MIS/reports.

- Identify delivery challenges and implement corrective actions.





- Handle escalations and maintain strong client relationships.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and organizational policies.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with relevant team-lead or delivery-management experience.

- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment processes.

- Experience managing recruitment teams and client requirements.

- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Strong knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

- Good understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and hiring funnels.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing environments.

- Experience handling multiple clients or large-volume hiring.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment delivery targets.
