Grid Dynamics is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee a flagship, multi-pod engineering engagement modernizing the in-store restaurant technology stack for key customer,

In this role, you will sit above three distinct delivery pods (~25 total engineering and leadership headcount) as the single India-based delivery authority. You will be responsible for overall account delivery health, scope and SOW governance, risk mitigation, and seamless coordination across US-based stakeholders and India-based engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Pod Oversight: Track delivery status, sprint health, risks, and blockers across three concurrent workstreams:
- Team 1: Core Platform & Re-Architecture (AWS backend, offline-first sync protocol).
- Team 2: Front-End Register Flows (POS, Kitchen Display, Kiosk UI).
- Team 3: In-Store Ecosystem Integrations (IoT, hardware, third-party channels).

- Strategic Risk Allocation: Focus deliberate delivery and integration oversight on Team 2 (feature delivery) and Team 3 (complex hardware/IoT integrations).
- Client & Executive Governance:



Run weekly status and governance cadences directly with US-based client stakeholders at Client alongside Grid Dynamics account leadership.
- Scope & SOW Management: Proactively track scope creep, milestones, timelines, and staffing continuity; escalate risks early to account leads.
- Resource & Onboarding Management: Own resourcing, team retention, and onboarding operational workflows as the engagement scales (including potential future expansion into 2+ additional pods).

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10+ years of IT Delivery Management / Program Management experience leading distributed engineering engagements.
- Account Structure Experience: Demonstrated experience managing multi-team / multi-pod engagements under a single account (not just a single large Scrum team).
- Governance & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with hands-on experience managing US client stakeholders and SOW compliance.
- Technical Breadth: Good high-level understanding of modern cloud/edge architectures, offline-first sync mechanisms, microservices, and contemporary UI stacks (.NET / Flutter / Avalonia).
